As a remote call center customer service representative, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's shaping the future of customer experience. **Key Responsibilities** As a remote call center customer service representative, you'll be responsible for: * Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, social media platforms, or live chat, providing personalized support and resolving issues in a courteous and professional manner. * Processing customer service tickets, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of customer complaints and concerns. * Completing outreach efforts to customer prospects, promoting new pool/location openings, and marketing initiatives. * Participating in ongoing training, role-playing, and coaching to optimize customer retention opportunities and improve customer satisfaction. * Accurately entering, maintaining, and updating customer information into our client software. * Processing payments, billing adjustments, account updates, changes, move-ups, orders, forms, and applications. * Managing and diffusing tense situations, escalating to managers if required. * Posting accurate notes on all conversations with customers into family accounts. * Performing other tasks as assigned by management. **Essential Qualifications** * High school education or equivalent. * Successful completion of POS and scheduled training (JackRabbit). * Customer service experience with high-volume call center experience. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adhering to a schedule and following policies and procedures. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues. * Proficiency in phone systems, computer programs, and online platforms (Xcel, Google Suite, Google Drive, email platforms). * Ability to multitask, work weekdays and weekends shifts, and maintain a high level of productivity. **Preferred Qualifications** * Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus. * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and ticket management tools. * Familiarity with Google Suite and other cloud-based applications. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues. **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities. * Proficiency in phone systems, computer programs, and online platforms. * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences. * Ability to multitask, work independently, and maintain a high level of productivity. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their skills.
