We are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences that exceed our clients' expectations, and we are seeking like-minded individuals who share our vision to join our team. **Responsibilities** As an Email & Chat Support Executive at arenaflex's Central Contact Center, you will be responsible for: * Responding to and resolving client queries through email and chat channels in a timely and efficient manner * Analyzing client requirements and providing solutions that meet their needs * Taking ownership of client issues and resolving them on a priority basis * Demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues * Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues * Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and issues * Providing feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance customer service * Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications: * Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role for at least 1 year * Graduation is mandatory (10+ three years of diploma can also apply) * Experience using help desk software and remote support tools * Understanding of how CRM systems work * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Multi-tasking abilities * Patience when handling tough cases * Proficiency in English and other regional languages * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities **Skills Required** In addition to the qualifications mentioned above, you will need to possess the following skills: * Freshers with strong customer focus * Basic knowledge of computers- MS Office * Self-motivated and a good team player * Ability to work in a rotational shift environment * Flexibility to work in any shifts round the clock /6 days * Any customer service experience/ BPO experience **Work Environment and Company Culture** As an Email & Chat Support Executive at arenaflex's Central Contact Center, you will be working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment that is committed to excellence.
