**Job Summary**
As an Ecommerce Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing superb customer care to our clients through various communication channels, including phone and email. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing clear, concise, and point-by-point guidelines to ensure customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide superb customer care to clients by taking calls with an expert, insightful, and thoughtful mindset
* Answer client messages with clear, succinct, and point-by-point guidelines
* Data entry and examination within various PC applications, including our online list (www.arenaflex.com)
* Information and exploration orders/solicitations
* Perform other related duties as assigned by management
**Essential Qualifications**
* Solid PC abilities, and experience in MS Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* Solid verbal and written communication skills
* Great critical thinking abilities, adjusting rapidly to change, and meticulousness
* Should be able to perform multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Proficient grammar and writing abilities
* Ability to work independently and function well with other representatives
* Self-motivated and able to work without direct supervision
* Bilingual in Spanish and English is an asset
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the retail industry
* Knowledge of PC applications, including CRM software
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
