Position Overview

Your primary objective will be to transform complex data into clear, actionable reports that enable effective business decision-making and drive sales growth. - Data Collection and Analysis: Gather, analyze, and interpret data from various digital channels, including websites, social media platforms, email marketing campaigns, and advertising platforms to generate meaningful insights that improve customer engagement and conversion rates.
- Data Management: Responsible for managing all data assets, including marketing data, customer data, website data, product information, and logistics data while maintaining data accuracy, integrity, and security across all repositories.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Support and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and opportunities that aid in the development and execution of data-driven strategies aimed at enhancing customer experience and driving revenue growth.
- Trend Analysis: Examine data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that optimize business performance and inform critical business decisions at all levels of the organization.
- Dashboard Development: Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that enable teams to visualize data insights, monitor performance metrics, and derive actionable intelligence from complex datasets.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Education Requirements:

Experience Requirements:
