In this role, you'll be directly contributing to these efforts by supporting our publisher partners and helping them maximize the value of our advertising solutions.

What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities
As a Digital Advertising Operations Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of our publisher support efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our partners receive world-class support while driving their business growth through our advertising and platform solutions. Here's what you can expect:
- Client Support Excellence: Provide comprehensive support to business clients through optimization, reporting, and data analysis. You'll be the go-to resource for publishers who need guidance on maximizing their advertising revenue and campaign performance.
- Service Level Management: Maintain exceptional service levels by meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction goals, timeliness benchmarks, and profitability targets. Your dedication to quality will directly impact client retention and satisfaction.
- Campaign Optimization: Support the performance and optimization of arenaflex's automated ad serving and platform solutions. You'll work closely with internal teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies that drive results.
- Technical Consultation: Serve as a trusted advisor and provide technical support to our Worldwide Merchant team. Your expertise will help resolve complex issues and ensure seamless integration of our advertising solutions.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to the analysis and optimization of processes, internal tools, and products. You'll identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements that scale our operations and enhance client experiences.
- Data-Driven Insights: Leverage your analytical skills to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to improve partner performance and revenue.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work effectively with teams across the organization, including product managers, engineers, and sales teams, to ensure coordinated support and seamless service delivery.
What We're Looking For: Required Qualifications

Essential Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. We value diverse educational backgrounds, so if you have relevant experience that demonstrates your capabilities, we'd love to hear from you.
- Professional Experience: At least one year of experience in account management, operations, project management, or a similar role. This foundation will help you hit the ground running and make an immediate impact.
- Client-Focus Mindset: A genuine passion for helping clients succeed and the ability to understand their unique challenges and goals.
- Analytical Capabilities: Comfortable working with data, generating reports, and deriving insights that drive business decisions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, the following qualifications will help you stand out and excel in this role:
- Hands-on experience using business generation or ad serving solutions such as arenaflex Campaign Manager, AdMob, or DV360. Familiarity with these platforms will give you a significant advantage.
- Experience in streamlining operational processes through automation. If you've previously identified inefficiencies and implemented automated solutions, we'd love to learn more.
- Strong understanding of online advertising solutions, including ad serving and campaign generation, as well as key platforms and trends across desktop, mobile, and video channels.
- Proficiency in SQL and the ability to write complex queries for data analysis and reporting purposes.
- Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing industry and adapt to new technologies and best practices quickly.
- Experience working with global teams and understanding of cross-cultural communication nuances.
