**Key Responsibilities**
As a Database Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Investigating and resolving normal database issues, including performing calamity recovery tasks
* Performing routine database support tasks, such as file maintenance, backups (full, differential, and log backups), and SQL job scheduling
* Maintaining and updating our database with accurate and timely information related to UPS shipments and deliveries
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement database optimization opportunities
* Developing and implementing database estimating and execution tuning practices
* Providing exceptional written and verbal communication skills to ensure seamless collaboration with stakeholders
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
* At least 4 years of experience in database analysis and management
* Proficiency in SQL Server and database management systems
* Experience with database backup and recovery procedures
