**Job Summary**
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our mission by accurately and efficiently processing data, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving process improvements. **Key Responsibilities**
* Process and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes
* Utilize RxClaim, Data Warehouse, and other tools to extract, transform, and load data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
* Support the implementation of Clinical Adjudication tasks, including documentation and root cause analysis for override issues
* Develop and maintain CAPAS operations, incorporating progressive enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness
* Collaborate with stakeholders to support the transition of member statistics, ensuring a smooth and successful implementation
* Demonstrate arenaflex values, including collaboration, accountability, and customer satisfaction, in all interactions and decision-making
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1-2 years of experience in analytical roles, with a strong focus on data analysis and interpretation
* Proven ability to work with large datasets, identifying trends and patterns that inform business decisions
* Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders
* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* Ability to run queries in RxClaim or Data Warehouse, with a strong understanding of data visualization and reporting tools
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with RxClaim, particularly in adjudication associated with PA overrides
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Access database management
* Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong attitude and commitment to excellence
* Experience working in a matrixed environment, with a strong ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams
