**Job Summary**
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our mission by contributing to the success of our projects and initiatives. You'll work closely with our team to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes, leveraging your analytical skills and attention to detail to drive results. **Key Responsibilities**
* Work on various projects and tasks associated with Prescription Adjudication (PA) and Clinical Adjudication, including:
+ Enterprise requirement determinations
+ Checking and documentation for Clinical Adjudication tasks
+ Collaborating to discover the root cause of override issues
* Support the implementation of patron PA documents in the Clinical overview part of the member statistics transition process
* Work on branch projects and PA sports in a timely manner, ensuring high-quality deliverables
* Support the CAPAS carrier catalog offerings and incorporate progressive enhancements into all elements of the CAPAS operations
* Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve issues related to data entry and CAPAS operations
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1-2 years of experience in analytical roles, working with large data sets for projects or trending/possibility identification
* Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to articulate complex/technical ideas to non-technical/lay users
* Experience with MS Access database and Microsoft Office Suite
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with RxClaim, particularly adjudication associated with PA overrides
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* Ability to run queries in RxClaim or Data Warehouse
* Experience with data analysis and problem-solving
