What You'll Do
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that keep our operations running smoothly. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Data Collection and Processing: Gather and process information from disparate data systems across our US and global business operations. You will work with multiple databases and information sources to ensure comprehensive data coverage.
- Information Identification: Identify relevant information to support enterprise risk management (ERM) objectives, compliance requirements, and various business analysis areas. Your keen eye for detail will help extract the most valuable insights from complex datasets.
- Dashboard Development: Design and create intuitive dashboards that assist stakeholders in understanding risk exposure and evaluating the maturity of associated controls. These visualizations will be critical for leadership decision-making.
- Custom Reporting: Build custom reports as needed to support specific business requirements. You will translate raw data into meaningful, actionable information for various departments and stakeholders.
- Analytics Implementation: Apply your expertise in analytics strategies and tools to develop defensible and consistent methodologies for assessing risk and evaluating business performance.
- Insight Generation: Draw insights and correlations from data and effectively communicate findings to compliance professionals, attorneys, and business leaders. Your ability to "tell a story" with data will be essential.
- Risk Analysis Support: Provide input on new and emerging risk areas using data-driven analysis. You will help identify potential challenges before they become issues.

Essential Qualifications

- Domain Experience: Experience working on legal, compliance, enterprise risk management (ERM), or risk assessment matters
