**Job Summary**
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for processing daily reconciliation, trade, and transfer activities for various investments. Your primary deliverables will include:
* Processing exchange buy and sell transactions in customer profiles
* Recognizing and addressing breaks between TD Ameritrade and the fund business or transfer representatives
* Handling Corporate Activity Events, settling/reconciling transfer activity, and processing/reconciling returns activity
* Conducting research on complex/escalated issues
* Testing/validation of new innovation improvements and provider modifications
**Key Responsibilities**
* Customer review of membership deals or transactions requirements
* Client/Advisor level exceptions
* Regulatory commitments (e.g., 2340 and 15C3-3)
* Settlement of Business, Dividend, and Transfer Breaks
* Reconciliation around BOS and Fund Companies
* Evaluation and analysis of applicable tax code and corrections of tax coding
* Internal/External body enhancements or concerns
* Origin of breaks between TDA, the Fund, etc.
* Delivering method or innovation answer choices to Control
* Remediating transmission problems with the Fund or Contra Agency
* Answering service companion inquiries relating to Fund specific requirements/eligibility
* Providing action on Choice Investment moves to expedite the customer request or remediate not in good order concerns
* Timely and accurate completion of client investing and returns requests
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1-2 years of experience in data entry, reconciliation, or a related field
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
* Familiarity with Salesforce and/or other CRM systems
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in the financial services industry, particularly in investment reconciliation and trade processing
* Knowledge of regulatory requirements, such as 2340 and 15C3-3
* Familiarity with tax coding and reconciliation
* Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel and Tableau
* Certification in data entry, reconciliation, or a related field
