As a remote Operations Agent – MSP, you'll be part of a team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our airport facilities. **Job Responsibilities** As an Operations Agent – MSP, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our passengers, handling various tasks related to ticketing, baggage, and cargo, and working collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless operations.
