**Key Responsibilities**
* Use designated work instructions and other guidelines to execute critical and routine tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
* Retrieve documents and data from authorized databases to perform routine tasks, including data entry, validation, corrections, and updates.
* Accurately enter all relevant information in multiple eligibility and tracking systems.
* Follow extensive work instructions and prescribed department procedures to ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions.
* Determine if an image requires an appointment to be rescheduled and take necessary actions.
* Meet individual and unit performance goals and standards as defined by management.
* Attend and successfully complete job-related and industry-specific systems and policy training as required.
* Review and analyze discrepancies in data received, request clarification, and effectively raise queries to the team supervisor to resolve uncertainties and questions.
**Essential Qualifications**
* High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
* Experience working in a health or human services call center (not required but preferred)
* Knowledge of the community to be served
* Ability to follow directions and work independently
* Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
* Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
