**Job Summary**
As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Network Planning and Operations team by analyzing complex datasets, developing insightful presentations, and communicating findings to senior leaders and stakeholders. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and cooperation on various initiatives and projects, and you'll have the opportunity to contribute to the development of innovative solutions that drive business growth and improvement.
**Responsibilities**
* Coordinate with teams and leaders across Network Planning and Business Teams to ensure collaboration and alignment on multiple efforts and initiatives
* Analyze schedules and complex datasets to identify actionable insights for stakeholders
* Synthesize large amounts of data using SQL, Access, Excel, Tableau, and Alteryx
* Develop high-quality and timely presentation materials to inform and influence senior leaders
* Navigate the complexities of multiple teams and engagements
* Analyze historical profitability and performance metrics to gain insights on future performance
* Contribute to the development of innovative community designs, connectivity structures, scheduling approaches, and other solutions that drive business growth and improvement
* Deliver analysis and recommendations that demonstrate a clear understanding of the business challenge and its broader impact on the organization
* Communicate findings and insights to branch and Commercial/Operational Leaders using a communication approach that acknowledges the target audience and provides a clear path forward
* Utilize robust visualizations to support the storytelling of data and drive business decisions
* Perform other task responsibilities as directed by Employee's Leaders
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Operations Research, Data Science)
* 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
* Proficiency in SQL, Access, Excel, Tableau, and Alteryx
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Operations Research, Data Science)
* Experience working in the airline or travel industry
* Certification in data analysis or business intelligence (e.g., Certified Data Analyst, Certified Business Intelligence Analyst)
* Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, QlikView)
* Familiarity with agile project management methodologies
