**Foundation and Group Stage QMO**
While the Quality Administration Office (QMO) is a critical component of the Innovation space, our focus is primarily on the application side. This region is responsible for ensuring the quality of the applications that our Teams (airline stewards and pilots) use for their daily tasks. Without guaranteeing that these applications are of excellent quality, this could cause issues in flight, which, in turn, will affect operations. These applications are essential for the expected to fly arrangement of uses. Our daily occupation is to work with Case's (Scrum Expert, Engineer, Item Proprietors) to test the application as they are making changes. We are also responsible for metrics to showcase progress and ensure Administration is aware of how testing is going.

The Southwest Get-aways (SWAV) Group is on the forefront of making a new, income-generating item for arenaflex beyond its core air item. This is a fast-paced, highly focused business drive where you will be able to learn about the air business as well as the travel business in general.

**Responsibilities and Obligations**
The responsibilities and obligations of the Assistant may include but are not limited to:
* Work with business clients to conduct requirements analysis comparative to frameworks and business processes to make quality technical solutions.
* Ensure arrangements are aligned with internal tooling, business procedures, and conform to departmental guidelines.
* Manage time periods for planning, coding, testing, and executing to ensure arrangements are followed through on time and within budget.
* Act as a resource to ensure effective communications among business and Innovation Groups.
* Participate in frameworks and acceptance testing.
* Scope of work varies depending on the Group project.
**Abilities/Capacities/Information/Work Style**
* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
* Essential knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and improvement is preferred.
* Essential knowledge of technical environment required.
* Openness to Agile techniques preferred.
* Essential understanding of project management procedures.
* Critical ability to think strategically and/or verbal communication skills required.
* Ability to remain organized and manage multiple and simultaneous tasks under close deadlines.
* Past investigator internship experience within the past year preferred.
* Experience tackling business issues in a capstone or case competition preferred.
* Functions well in a culture that is open, direct, respectful, considerate, and empathetic.
