Your responsibilities will include: * Accurately entering data into our QuickClaim system using a consistent flow of images * Identifying document types based on provided guidelines * Reviewing and verifying that entered data meets quality standards * Maintaining confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA standards * Collaborating professionally with other team members as needed * Suggesting improvements or enhancements to job processes * Ensuring all tasks are completed each day before clocking out * Performing other basic office duties as assigned **Key Skills and Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: * **Self-motivation and a strong work ethic**: You're a self-starter who's motivated to deliver high-quality results and take ownership of your work. * **Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changes**: You're able to juggle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. * **High attention to detail while maintaining efficiency**: You're meticulous and detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering accurate results while meeting productivity standards. * **Ability to learn quickly and follow both simple and complex instructions**: You're a quick learner who's able to absorb new information and follow instructions with ease. * **Commitment to maintaining client data confidentiality**: You understand the importance of maintaining confidentiality and are committed to upholding our organization's standards. * **Proficiency in reading and speaking English**: You're fluent in English and able to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers. **Typing Requirements** To ensure accuracy and efficiency, we require our Data Entry Specialists to meet the following typing requirements: * WPM: 50 WPM at 95% accuracy * KPH: 4,500 KPH at 95% accuracy **Why Join arenaflex?** We offer a workplace culture that values teamwork, humility, and fairness.
