**Job Summary**
As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing customer information, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to our customers. **Key Responsibilities**
* Accurately and efficiently process customer information, including but not limited to, flight reservations, cancellations, and changes
* Resolve customer issues and concerns in a professional and timely manner
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, and chat
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions
* Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues
* Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
* Adhere to arenaflex's policies and procedures, including but not limited to, data security and confidentiality
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or computer science
* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the airline industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including but not limited to, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* Experience with data entry software and systems, including but not limited to, Smartsheet and Access
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
* High school diploma or equivalent required
