Key Responsibilities: As a Data Entry Specialist & Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for: * Data Entry: Enter customer and account data from various sources into arenaflex's computer system within specified time limits, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. * Data Management: Compile, verify, and sort data for processing, reviewing and correcting any errors or deficiencies to ensure output accuracy and consistency. * Customer Service: Provide exceptional support to customers, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. * Training: Participate in a comprehensive one-week training program with our supervisor to ensure you are fully equipped to perform your role effectively. Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need: * Strong Attention to Detail: A keen eye for accuracy and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. * Time Management: Ability to meet deadlines and work independently, managing your time effectively to meet productivity goals. * Reliable Internet Connection: A stable and fast internet connection to ensure seamless communication and data entry. * Basic Computer Skills: Familiarity with basic software applications, with training provided to enhance your skills. * Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
