If you're a self-motivated and organized individual with excellent computer skills and a passion for problem-solving, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Accurately and efficiently process enrollment and membership data, including adding dependents, updating coverage, calculating premiums, and uploading correct information * Resolve issues and answer questions from members in a timely and professional manner * Follow multi-step directions and navigate multiple programs and systems, including QNXT (our primary system for processing claims and data entry) * Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and make informed decisions * Work independently in a virtual environment, with minimal supervision * Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and share knowledge and best practices * Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred * 2+ years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field * Proficient in computer skills, including typing (40 wpm) and Microsoft Office * Experience with QNXT or similar systems a plus * Ability to pass a required assessment within the training period * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently in a virtual environment * Comfortable with remote computer learning and willing to learn new systems and processes **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in healthcare, specifically billing and enrollment * Previous experience in a remote work environment * Familiarity with QNXT and other healthcare-related systems * Certification in a related field, such as medical billing or coding **Skills and Competencies** * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills * Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly * Proficient in computer skills, including typing (40 wpm) and Microsoft Office * Experience with QNXT or similar systems a plus **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
