**Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry Operator/ File Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:
* **Maintaining Employee and Customer Data**: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee and customer data by maintaining a comprehensive database system.
* **Daily Data Updates**: Update customer data on a daily basis with useful information, ensuring that our records are always up-to-date and accurate.
* **Data Review and Correction**: Review data deficiencies or errors, correct incompatibilities if possible, and check the output of the authorization document to ensure accuracy.
* **Data Verification and Sorting**: Verify and update data before entering it in the database, and sort data according to source documents to ensure efficient retrieval.
* **Data Entry and Research**: Enter data and fill in missing information through research and coordination with the concerned department.
* **Data Program Techniques and Procedures**: Apply data program techniques and procedures to ensure efficient data management.
* **Electronic Filing System**: Enter paperwork into an electronic system either by data entry or by using optical scanners.
* **File Access and Management**: Deal with all requests to access files and keep logs of borrowed papers.
* **Filing System Development**: Develop an efficient filing system to make updating and retrieving files easier.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
* **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent. Data Entry Operator Certification will also be considered.
* **Experience**: Proven experience of working as a Data Entry Operator, Data Entry Clerk, Typist, or a similar position in the Administrative Department.
* **Microsoft Office Tools**: Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
* **Typing Skills**: Accurate in typing with extraordinary typing skills.
* **Data Integrity and Security**: Strong understanding of data integrity and security.
* **Administrative Procedures**: Familiar with administrative procedures.
* **File Clerk Experience**: Proven experience as a file clerk.
* **Filing Systems**: Knowledge of filing systems.
* **MS Office and Office Equipment**: Very good knowledge of MS Office and office equipment such as photocopier, scanner, etc.
* **Language Skills**: Good command of English both oral and written.
