**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for:
• Processing purchase orders based on daily and monthly receipt measurements.
• Collaborating with Project Administrators to obtain updates on open requests.
• Working with the A/P Office to address upcoming invoices.
• Contacting suppliers for information regarding Purchase Request.
• Creating and updating the open purchase orders report daily to provide visibility on the status of orders.
• Allocating team responsibility based on the open purchase report.
• Updating and managing the getting and open purchase request metric figure out succeed sheet.
• Sending accounting directors a monthly report based on office performance.
• Updating and managing the execution improvement log.
• Accommodating unvouchered receipts.
**Essential Qualifications**
• Bachelor's Degree required; Four-year degree preferred.
• Two to five years of experience in data entry or purchasing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid organizational and follow-up skills required.
• Meticulous and a high level of self-motivation.
• Ability to work in a safe and professional manner, complying with all regulatory requirements, including OSHA, State, and Government guidelines.
**Preferred Qualifications**
• Microsoft Excel experience is an asset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
