**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll play a critical role in supporting our operations by accurately and efficiently entering work orders, managing customer communications, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry Clerk with arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
* Entering work orders into our computer system for scheduling purposes, based on direction from our dental office for each case
* Contacting accounts with any delivery conflicts to ensure timely and accurate communication
* Organizing work throughout the lab and delivering to departments to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow
* Verifying the content of outgoing orders by accurately reviewing the prescription, work ticket, and other applicable notes
* Assisting with FedEx, UPS, and USPS to ensure timely and secure delivery of packages
* Answering the telephone and providing exceptional customer service when needed
* Assisting with nightly cleanup of the area as required to maintain a clean and safe work environment
* Performing other duties as assigned by your supervisor to support the team's goals and objectives
**Knowledge & Skills**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Basic functional computer, printer, fax, postage machine, and credit card processing machine skills
* Excellent verbal communication skills to interact with all levels of staff
* Ability to work efficiently in a standing and sitting workstation
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accuracy and efficiency
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment to achieve shared goals and objectives
