**Key Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry Associate Representative, you'll be responsible for assisting with return mail operations, including:
* Triage and identification of new address information for correspondence using internal and external resources and databases
* Outbound phone calls to members to verify address information
* Data entry and maintenance of accurate and up-to-date member information
* Collaboration with internal teams to resolve address discrepancies and ensure timely delivery of correspondence
* Continuous monitoring of databases and systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency
**Qualification & Experience**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
* Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in multiple database programs and platforms
* Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail
* Call center experience and strong communication skills
* Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
* Medicare experience (a plus!)
