Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Data Entry and Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for working closely with our Item and Designing groups to define application quality standards and improve proposal quality. Your primary goal will be to empower Item groups to rank and channel content decisively across the store, while also ensuring the application quality information is used to assess send off choices, train ML models, and screen long-term store quality.
About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the program produces solid evals to assist with driving the utilization cases. You will design, run, and own human calculation tasks that bring a comprehension of applications and game quality to the arenaflex Play ecosystem. You will claim this cycle and collaborate with specialists across arenaflex Play to plan assessments, train, and adjust seaward raters, examine information, and drive progressing process enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Work intimately with seller raters, merchant directors, and seller coaches to identify holes or issues in information assortment, and plan and carry out answers for address them.
- Apply human eval skill to equivocal specialized and business issues, forming theories, running trials, and emphasizing rapidly.
- Lead investigation work and give information driven suggestions on tests, pilots and customary rater execution while joining forces with designing and business experts to convey convenient revealing.
- Start to finish responsibility for Item information stream work-stream that supports existing tasks while carrying out new highlights and further developing basic quality key execution markers.
- Cooperate with cross-utilitarian groups to convey excellent human eval information to key items and designing partners to assist with controlling ML models in the store.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications and skills:
Essential Qualifications
- Four year certification or identical viable experience.
- 5 years of involvement with a specialized undertaking the executives or a client confronting job.
- 2 years of involvement cooperating with engineers, item directors, item trained professionals or activities chiefs to drive item advancement.
- 1 year of involvement with information examination.
Preferred Qualifications
- Examination experience with enormous, multifaceted or custom datasets.
- Experience in Portable, Online business or Gaming.
- Experience in human assessment, publicly supporting or information naming at scale.
