**Job Summary:**

**Key Responsibilities:**
As an Experienced Data Analyst, you will be responsible for:
* Translating complex business questions into SQL, including precise cohorting, estimations, filtering criteria, and aggregations
* Communicating complex patterns and trends to a diverse range of colleagues with varying levels of technical expertise, both through oral presentations and written reports
* Collaborating with other Analysis teams to analyze the performance of key business initiatives across satisfied, commitment, and marketing areas
* Developing and maintaining functional dashboards in Tableau and Looker to track performance over time, enable effective exploratory analysis, and provide self-serve tools for partners
* Partnering closely with business stakeholders (Product, Business Activities, Finance, Marketing, etc.) to identify and capitalize on opportunities for improved endorser retention
**Essential Capabilities:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor's degree in Analysis, Software Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Marketing, or a related field
* Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to apply business acumen to data analysis and recommendations
* The capacity to think critically, examine and interpret first-party and third-party data
* Experience managing large datasets and deciphering data patterns using multiple data sources and tools
* Experience with data analysis and data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker
* Strong logical and technical skills to handle issues, investigate root causes, quickly propose potential solutions, detail changes, and communicate organizational impact
* Verifiable experience in detailing data requirements, data methodology, data rules (normalization, cleansing, and validation)
**Preferred Capabilities:**
While not required, experience in the streaming media industry, as well as supporting a direct-to-consumer or membership-based product, would be an asset. Additionally, experience presenting and contributing to data stories that are shared with key stakeholders would be beneficial.
