We're proud to be a part of the Disney family, and we're excited to bring our expertise and experience to the table. **Job Summary** We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you'll play a critical role in helping us understand our customers and their behavior, identifying trends and patterns, and informing business decisions. You'll work closely with our Disney+ Item groups, investigating and organizing data, and providing support for quantitative and qualitative research projects. Your primary focus will be on Disney+ Item and Buyer Experience following projects, where you'll help us build a deeper understanding of our customers and their needs. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist with a wide range of qualitative and quantitative analysis exercises, including data collection and preparation, data extraction and analysis, and report writing. * Join disparate data sources using SQL to support the daily activities of the Disney+ client experience following project. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct research at arenaflex, including developing project objectives, business requirements, and timelines to efficiently target, promote, and enhance our datasets. * Build and maintain relationships with research partners within the team and across different divisions of the company, as well as external vendors. * Analyze and prepare ongoing and ad-hoc reports involving quantitative and qualitative data for various groups within the item marketing, engagement, and product strategy of Disney+ and the Disney Streaming Pack. * Manage assigned projects, execute quality assurance cycles, and report tasks and status to supervisors to ensure completion within established timelines. * Work with the Sr. Administrator and team to ensure that each outcome is decisively impactful and drives key independent direction. * Collaborate with the team and research groups within Snowflake and Databricks. * Maintain exceptional verbal and written knowledge of data components and requirements. * Respond to basic data requests from internal clients. * Support the presentation of findings based on research conducted and contribute to related business discussions. * Stay at the forefront of SVOD and In-Home industry trends amidst a constantly evolving landscape. **Work Environment and Schedule** This is a part-time, remote position with face-to-face collaboration from Monday to Thursday and remote work on Friday. You'll have the flexibility to work from home and collaborate with our team remotely, while also having the opportunity to engage with our team in person during our in-office days. **Essential Capabilities** * Proficiency with SQL, with the ability to extract and join disparate data sources * Ability to extract data and join with other data sources to develop a rich, comprehensive picture for the business * Strong quantitative thinking and analytical skills * Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a high-speed environment * Excellent communication and decision-making skills, as well as the ability to create clear and concise visual presentations * Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to work effectively in a climate of tight deadlines and continuous change **Favored Capabilities** * Proficiency in data handling tools (e.g. SPSS, Q, MarketSight) * Experience with survey tools (e.g. Translate, Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey) * Experience working with large datasets and big data technologies, ideally cloud-based, like Snowflake, Databricks, or similar * Knowledge of R, Python, SAS, STATA, or similar programming languages * Postgraduate education in Statistical Research or Measurement * Quantitative analysis background, either provider-side or client-side * Experience with analyzing survey data to extract significant insights * Experience with membership-based plans of action and procedure **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
