Our team is comprised of talented professionals who share a passion for excellence and a commitment to making a positive impact. **The Role** As a Customer Support Specialist on our arenaflex team, you'll play a critical role in providing top-notch technical and non-technical support to our clients, including Samsung, an internationally recognized industry leader in technology. You'll be responsible for answering incoming calls, emails, and chats in Lithuanian and Russian, providing efficient and satisfying solutions to customers' inquiries, and treating customers with respect and professionalism. **Key Responsibilities** * Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats in Lithuanian and Russian * Provide technical and non-technical assistance to arenaflex clients, including Samsung * Develop and implement efficient solutions to customers' inquiries * Treat customers with respect and professionalism, following company policies and procedures * Collaborate with colleagues and managers to achieve team goals and objectives * Participate in ongoing training and coaching to improve skills and knowledge **Essential Qualifications** * Fluency in Lithuanian (C1) and good command of Russian and English (B2) * Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities * Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working with arenaflex clients or similar technology companies * Knowledge of technical support software and tools * Certification in customer service or a related field * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong time management and organizational skills * Familiarity with customer service software and tools * Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
