As a valued member of our team, you'll be employed by arenaflex, but working closely with our esteemed client, Samsung – a renowned industry leader in technology. **Job Summary** As a Customer Support Specialist on our arenaflex team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional technical and non-technical support to Samsung's customers. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, answering their queries, resolving issues, and ensuring they receive a satisfying experience.
