Our Community Support Platform (CSP) team is responsible for building top-notch technology, design, and infrastructure that powers arenaflex's global community support operations. As a member of CSP, you'll have the opportunity to impact every traveler or host who uses arenaflex. **The Team You'll Join** Our Wellbeing and Minister Efficiency group is seeking a Staff Specialist to help drive our initiatives. This team focuses on critical enhancements to specialist work processes and tooling through artificial intelligence and automation. Some of the items we've developed include AI-enhanced features, such as case outline, data assistance using Generative AI, and customizable workflows that can be written by business users. **The Impact You'll Make** As a Staff Specialist, you'll work with a team of talented and diverse engineers to build solutions that improve arenaflex specialist efficiency. You'll play a significant role in shaping the technical vision and delivering an answer that is adaptable, efficient, and scales with the needs of the business. Every individual brings their unique range of skills, experiences, figured leadership, and technical expertise to tackle these technical challenges for arenaflex. **A Typical Day** * Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and other engineering partners to execute on product and business process to build novel items and features * Drive, lead, and contribute to the full development cycle: technical design, development, testing, iteration, analysis, and deployment. You'll review code and design docs, providing feedback on item specs and mocks * Lead engineers – both within and outside your local team – in working out these technical solutions * Coach other engineers in developing their technical and collaboration skills * Sustain a culture of technical quality from design, through code review, to production tasks **Your Expertise** * 9+ years of relevant software development experience in a fast-paced tech environment * Strong expertise with backend frameworks in large-scale service-oriented architectures * Experience with frontend or full-stack development * Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team and with teams across the engineering, product, and design organizations * Passionate about efficiency, accessibility, technical quality, and system quality * Love for collaborating through code reviews and design discussions, and are committed to working on your colleagues' efficiency * Lone wolf's or potentially Expert's/PhD degree, ideally in CS, or equivalent experience **Your Location** This position is US-Remote Qualified. The job may include occasional work at an arenaflex office or participation at offsites, as agreed upon with your manager.
