We're seeking two experienced Customer Support Representatives to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis, working 3-4 days a week. **Key Responsibilities**

* Work closely with our overseas admin team to ensure listings and support tickets are handled in a timely manner
* Collaborate with the team to develop and implement process improvements, ensuring that our support processes are efficient and effective

**Essential Qualifications**
* Excellent organizational skills and task management ability, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks

* Native U.S. English speaker, with excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Preferred Qualifications**
