Your primary goal will be to resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently, while also identifying opportunities to improve our products and services. Some of your key responsibilities will include: * Answering customer questions and resolving issues via live chat, phone, or email * Providing concise and accurate information to customers in a timely manner * Identifying and flagging major pain points to our liaison team, who will work with other departments to develop and improve our products and services * Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve complex customer issues * Participating in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge * Working with our CRM platform and customer support ticketing system to manage customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently **Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a unique blend of technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
