As a Customer Support Remote Representative, you will be an integral part of this team, providing exceptional service to our customers and helping to shape the future of Disney's media business. **Reach and Scale** The products and services that our team creates and operates enchant a huge number of buyers every day - from Disney+ and Hulu, to ABC News and Entertainment, to ESPN and ESPN+, and much more. As a Customer Support Remote Representative, you will be working with a wide range of customers, from Disney enthusiasts to industry professionals, providing them with the support and expertise they need to succeed. **Advancement** We create and execute notable products and strategies that shape industry standards and improve how crowds experience sports, entertainment, and news. Our team is responsible for the preparation, acquisition, handling, and documentation of different kinds of media configurations and content, including the distribution of live programming. This position can be appointed to and will work within a few different functional areas in this group. **Content Activities** Content Activities is eventually responsible for effectively conveying Disney's entertainment and sports content to a huge number of individuals every day. This includes creating, working, and driving a worldwide content delivery network - the horde of steps required from taking a settled Program/film, or live piece of content, from within Disney to crowds all over the planet, in their favored language and configuration. This group also leads innovation activities in Latin America, Europe, and Asia Pacific. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide exceptional customer support to Disney enthusiasts and industry professionals via phone, email, and chat * Troubleshoot complex issues and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction * Stay up-to-date on Disney's latest products and services, including Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+ * Participate in training programs to improve skills and knowledge * Work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with tight deadlines * Exhibit a fundamental knowledge of editing strategies on non-linear systems * Measure sound and video signals to guarantee quality control of ESPN-supported guidelines on all activities using broad knowledge of broadcast techniques * Investigate and effectively document any critical developments and/or goals * Participate in preparing others in functional areas and produce preparing documentation * Figure out Shut Subtitling frameworks and related work processes * Work together with Innovation groups to improve existing applications * Give decisive reasoning to everyday tasks * Acquire and acquire advanced skills in various functional areas to best work with the coordination of tasks **Essential Qualifications:** * At least 2 years' practical TV production experience at the huge market or organization level * Ability to work late shifts, weekends, and holidays * Adaptability to adjust shifts/days off and stay at work longer than required to accommodate projects and departmental targets * Ability to perform tasks under close deadlines, work independently, and perform on concurrent activities * Ability to function as part of a team dynamic * Fantastic relational skills are a need * Amazing hierarchical, proficiency, and IT skills are expected to design abilities * Should be willing and ready to adjust to a continually evolving climate * Up-and-comers should have a decent PC foundation (Viewpoint, Word, Succeed, etc...) and solid relational abilities * Secondary School Certificate or Same **Preferred Qualifications:** * Active foundation in a live creation climate, temporary job, or comparative instructive experience * Knowledge of server-based recording/playback and non-straight altering frameworks like Quantel * Comprehension of arrangement changes, EVS, transcoding frameworks, and document designs **Work Environment and Company Culture:** arenaflex is a dynamic and innovative company that values its employees and provides a supportive and inclusive work environment.
