**What You'll Do**
As a Customer Support Executive at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our customer support remains best-in-class. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Ensuring that customer care channels, including email inbox, live chat, and phone calls, are monitored, and responses are quick, friendly, professional, and helpful.
* Taking care of all Global Suppliers who are already listing their stock on arenaflex.
* Supporting suppliers by providing quick, honest advice and confident and clear responses.
* Supporting global operations team by getting quick answers from the suppliers by following up with them.
* Confidently answering any questions asked about arenaflex, and its offering, and who best to redirect an enquiry to.
* Continuously contributing ideas on how arenaflex's service, process, and systems can be improved.
* Welcoming new enquiries to arenaflex, informing them of our processes, policies, brand, background.
* Developing an in-depth knowledge of our products & the brand and conveying this with pride & enthusiasm to customers.
* Building a strong internal network in order to efficiently communicate and coordinate with other functions, such as Fulfillment, Sales, Operations, Tech, Finance, and Product.
* Keeping Suppliers well-informed of changes to their orders, deliveries, returns.
* Completing tasks at a quick pace with effective management.
* Recording issues and working with other teams to improve customer experience.
**What You'll Need**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* To be Mumbai-based and a fluent English speaker.
* Excellent and courteous written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience in a customer service and facing role, with a willingness to learn.
* Knowledge of diamonds is preferable but not required.
* To be responsible and reliable.
* Excellent people skills and compassion.
* A team player who can collaborate with wider teams.
* Passionate about great customer service.
* Ability to manage time effectively.
* Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
