Job Summary
We're looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager (Growth) to manage a portfolio of growth-tier customer accounts, drive retention, and identify upsell opportunities. Key Responsibilities

- Own and manage a portfolio of growth-tier customer accounts, driving retention and identifying upsell opportunities to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring they achieve key business outcomes using our platform, and providing timely support to address any questions or concerns.
- Develop and implement customer success plans, encourage adoption, and deliver product best practices to ensure customers get the most out of our platform.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, support, and sales teams to communicate customer needs and resolve issues, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- Champion the voice of the customer internally to shape future product direction, ensuring our solutions meet the evolving needs of our customers.
- Support the development of scalable customer engagement strategies and knowledge-sharing resources to drive customer adoption and retention.
Essential Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should have:
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role, preferably within SaaS.
- Proven ability to manage renewals and meet or exceed commercial goals, demonstrating a strong understanding of customer success metrics and KPIs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience presenting to diverse audiences, including customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams to deliver customer outcomes, driving collaboration and alignment across departments.
