**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Technician at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional entertainment experiences to our valued customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Deploy and maintain satellite customer equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
* Ensure seamless service operation, promote and invoice video services to customers, and provide top-notch customer experiences.
* Install equipment in various settings, including infrastructure, upper rooms, sublevels, and confined spaces.
* Utilize corporate technology to efficiently manage orders and transport company vehicles to job sites.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
* Valid driver's license in the state where the vehicle is operating.
* Excellent customer service skills and ability to work independently.
* Flexibility to work fluctuating schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
