**Key Responsibilities**
As a remote Customer Service/Technical Support Representative at arenaflex, you will:
* Assist external users of our technical products or services by answering questions and resolving problems related to hardware, software, networking, or other designated client products.
* Troubleshoot basic and routine technical issues, focusing on customer experience rather than traditional transactional approaches.
* De-escalate customer concerns and follow the appropriate escalation path to resolve technical issues, including making follow-up outbound calls as needed.
* Solve unstructured problems that require extensive conceptual thinking skills.
* Ensure that the service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
* Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner, using agreed-upon procedures.
* Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, demonstrating empathy while building rapport with the customer.
* Probe for understanding and provide solutions that meet customer expectations.
**Your Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* One year of related technical experience, preferably in a customer-facing environment.
* A non-Apple, non-Chromebook personal desktop or laptop (BYOD).
* Relevant technical expertise related to our program, including working knowledge of hardware, software, networking, data storage, troubleshooting, and repair.
* A courteous and strong customer service orientation.
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn quickly.
* Dependability and attention to detail.
* Multi-tasking skills, including flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to work as a team member and independently with minimal supervision.
* Patience and a pleasant, professional tone in all customer contact situations.
