Our team is passionate about making a difference, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our mission. **Job Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Support Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers, patients, and internal stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met with accuracy and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include: * Acting as a liaison between arenaflex, the customer base, and patients to resolve routine customer requests and provide product education * Resolving complex customer inquiries and issues via inbound, outbound calls, or the Internet * Providing courteous, friendly, and professional service to customers using protocol procedures * Inquiring, clarifying, and confirming customer requirements and understanding of the solution * Qualifying and establishing inbound new customers requesting arenaflex's products and services * Working in multiple databases to research complex issues and questions * Notifying clients of test results in a timely and accurate manner * Reviewing test forms for accuracy and reporting any discrepancies * Participating in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance * Performing administrative support for medical record management, CRM data maintenance, and internal records to ensure HIPAA compliance **Job Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A High School Diploma or GED equivalent * An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field (highly desired) * Previous experience in a customer service role * Experience working in a contact center/call center environment (preferred) * Prior healthcare industry experience, such as a physician's office or a hospital (highly desirable) * Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite * Experience with Salesforce.com and/or Laboratory Information Systems (preferred) * Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent ability to listen and respond * A courteous and customer-focused attitude * Excellent multitasking abilities * Strong flexibility and the ability to manage and adapt to changing priorities quickly * Bilingual in English and Spanish (highly desirable) **What We Offer** As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy: * Competitive hourly pay rate ($18.00/hr. - $35.76/hr.) * A remote work schedule (Monday to Friday, 10:30 am - 7:00 pm Pacific Time, with additional days and hours as needed) * Opportunities for career growth and development in a dynamic and innovative company * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life, STD/LTD, 401(K), ESPP, paid time off (PTO) or flexible time off (FTO), commissions, and company bonus (where applicable) * A supportive and inclusive work environment that values diversity and inclusion **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're committed to making a difference in the lives of our customers and patients.
