**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Service & Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Managing and processing online wholesale orders in a timely and efficient manner
* Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and other communication channels
* Building strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and loyalty
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales and customer service skills

**Essential Qualifications**
