As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our participants, answering calls, gathering and verifying information, and maintaining accurate records. If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Answering calls from participants regarding initial and continuing eligibility for income maintenance programs related to medical services * Gathering, verifying, evaluating, and entering necessary social, financial, and medical information into various applications * Maintaining complete and accurate computerized records of participant interactions * Performing a variety of diverse tasks while continuing to maintain currency and accuracy of program requirements * Ensuring timely processing of participant inquiries/annual reviews to meet client needs and program mandates * Meeting or exceeding daily standards for performance, accuracy, customer service, and quality **Requirements** To be successful as a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll need: * Basic office and computer skills * Exceptional communications and customer service skills, including the ability to handle client behaviors such as fear, hostility, and aggression * Knowledge of mathematics and accounting principles used in the calculation of public assistance benefits * High-speed internet, quiet space with a door to safeguard equipment and modem/router to hard wire phone * Knowledge of the general provisions, objectives, and philosophy of public assistance programs * Ability to multitask and resolve issues when necessary * Excellent attendance with no absences during the 6-8 week training period * Clean background and ability to pass drug screening **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: * Previous experience in customer service or a related field * Familiarity with public assistance programs and policies * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Bilingual or multilingual skills **Skills and Competencies** To succeed as a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information * Strong customer service skills, including empathy and active listening **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their careers.
