**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Answering incoming calls from customers and responding to their queries in a professional and courteous manner
* Reviewing customer history as necessary to provide personalized support
* Following policy and procedure guidelines to ensure seamless customer experiences
* Helping customers change travel plans, confirm or obtain their itinerary, request refunds, or report travel issues
* Processing refunds and resolving customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner
* Placing outbound calls to travel partners (hotels, rental car agencies, etc.) as necessary to resolve customer queries
* Documenting information and outcomes as necessary to maintain accurate records
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:
* Prior customer service experience, preferably in the travel industry or a related field
* Strong geographical knowledge and a passion for travel
* Excellent customer service skills, including strong communication, listening, and problem-solving abilities
