**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound calls, setting appointments, and performing presentations to members of unions that request our benefits. You'll also be responsible for basic computer knowledge, completing necessary paperwork, quality control, and leadership development. **Key Responsibilities**
* Inbound and outbound calling to deliver exceptional customer experiences
* Setting appointments and performing presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
* Basic computer knowledge and data entry
* Completing necessary paperwork and quality control
* Leadership development and training
* Collaborating with team members to achieve sales and customer service goals
**Essential Qualifications**
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
* 18+ years of age
* Must pass a background check
* High school diploma (higher education preferred but not required)
* Customer service and/or retail experience preferred but not required
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous experience in sales and customer service
* Knowledge of insurance and supplemental benefits
* Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales and customer service goals

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 to $45,000 annually, plus benefits, including:
