This role requires independent and self-directed performance while working across a greater team. You'll work closely with our Specialty Projects Team to conduct generic conversions or therapy changes on targeted medications while working closely with the patient. **Key Responsibilities** * Communicate the benefits of generics or other appropriate therapy to patients with a goal of providing overall savings to patients and clients. * Conduct generic conversions or therapy changes on targeted medications while working closely with the patient. * Effectively handle incoming or outgoing phone calls to patients, clients, and other customers while proactively gaining patient and order information. * Provide customer education, routine assessment, and problem identification with appropriate escalation to a pharmacist. * Maintain a working knowledge of insurance, healthcare, reimbursement-related requirements for dispensing, processing of new referrals, and providing customer education. * Work closely with our Specialty Projects Team to achieve our goals and deliver exceptional results. **Essential Qualifications** * 1+ years of customer service experience handling and resolving customer needs over the phone. * 6+ months of high-volume customer service experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another similar application. * Must reside in the state of Nevada. * Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting. * Knowledge of insurance, healthcare, and reimbursement-related requirements. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences. * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. * Strong organizational and time management skills. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting our employees' career growth and development.
