**What Will I Be Doing?**

**What Qualifications Do I Need?**
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
* **1 Year of Customer Service-Related Experience**: A minimum of 1 year of customer service-related experience, preferably in a call center environment.
* **Basic Knowledge of Computers**: Basic knowledge of computers, including navigation, typing (30+ words per minute), copy/paste, and opening tabs.
* **Excellent Grammar, Punctuation, and Spelling**: Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
* **Live in One of the Following States**: Live in one of the following states: Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, or Utah.
