**Job Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service through phone calls, emails, and live chat interactions. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Answering phones, emails, and live chat from customers in a professional and timely manner
* Responding to customer inquiries in a friendly and helpful manner
* Identifying and escalating priority issues to high-level management
* Following up on complicated customer interactions to ensure resolution
* Recording details of customer interactions in a proficient and accurate manner
* Developing rapport with customers through an upbeat and positive attitude
* Offering solutions, not excuses, to resolve customer issues
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Excellent customer service attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
* Ability to engage and tailor interactions with each customer, making their experience exceptional
* Friendly, confident, and self-starting personality
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Positive and quick troubleshooter with a can-do attitude
* Basic knowledge of computers, including navigation, typing (30+ words per minute), copy/paste, and opening tabs
* Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, we prefer candidates with:
* 1 year of customer service-related experience
* 1 year of call center experience
* Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment
