You'll work independently and as part of a greater team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain our company's reputation for high-quality service. Your primary role will focus on communicating the benefits of generics or other appropriate therapy to patients, with a goal of providing overall savings to patients and clients. **Key Responsibilities** * Communicate the benefits of generics or other appropriate therapy to patients, with a goal of providing overall savings to patients and clients. * Work closely with the Specialty Projects Team to conduct generic conversions or therapy changes on targeted medications. * Conduct adherence outreach efforts to ensure patients are staying on their medications and remaining adherent and compliant to their therapies. * Effectively handle incoming or outgoing phone calls to patients, clients, and other customers. * Proactively gain patient and order information, while maintaining a working knowledge of insurance, healthcare, reimbursement-related requirements for dispensing, processing of new referrals, and providing customer education. * Routine assessment and problem identification with appropriate escalation to a pharmacist. * Maintain a high-energy culture and provide excellent customer service with empathy, while resolving patients' questions on the first call. **Essential Qualifications** * 1+ years of customer service experience handling and resolving customer needs over the phone. * 6+ months of high-volume customer service experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another similar application. * Must reside in the state of Nevada. * Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting. * Knowledge of insurance, healthcare, and reimbursement-related requirements for dispensing. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on empathy and excellence. * Ability to maintain a high-energy culture and provide exceptional customer service. * Strong knowledge of insurance, healthcare, and reimbursement-related requirements for dispensing. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
