**Job Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer support to merchants, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborating with the Trader Administrations Manager to develop and implement best practices in customer service, goal setting, metrics tracking, and coaching
* Mentoring colleagues to improve their overall performance on all metrics
* Demonstrating imagination and commitment to making moves to advance a positive workplace culture
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments, seeking ways to improve and innovate processes
* Recognizing opportunities for improvement and executing tasks to enhance efficiency and quality
* Answering and addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
