**About the Role**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling customer inquiries of varying types with poise and professionalism
* Utilizing active listening skills and probing question techniques to resolve customer issues efficiently
* Meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies
* Managing and overcoming objections to reduce churn and improve customer satisfaction
* Collaborating with a dedicated team to achieve shared goals and objectives

**Qualifications**
To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

* Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
* Experience in customer service and sales
* A high school diploma or equivalent

To ensure a seamless and secure remote work experience, you'll need:
* A quiet and distraction-free, secure place to work
* Excellent Internet connectivity:
+ Internet access speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download (the faster the better!)
+ In-house network, and a hard-wired Internet connection capable of continuously supporting outstanding call quality and high-speed response rates
* A Smartphone (iOS or Android), 4 years old or newer, in which you'll be able and willing to download our app for company communications
* Wireless and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are not compatible with our systems
