**Job Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Coordinating with various teams to ensure the station's on-time performance, employee satisfaction, and customer loyalty.

* Working with staff to meet divisional hourly objectives, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
* Performing managerial duties consistently, including scheduling, closing, and reporting, ensuring that staffing is adequate and overtime is used appropriately.
* Ensuring compliance with work procedures or policies, addressing any discrepancies or concerns.
* May perform other duties as assigned by management.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Experience in customer service, preferably in the airline industry.
* Ability to obtain a SIDA (Secure Identification Display Area) ID and meet all local airport requirements.
* Capacity to obtain GSC (Ground Security Coordinator) certification and comply with TSA (Transportation Security Administration) regulations.
* May be required to obtain a Practices Seal and meet all requirements to manage overall flights.
