This role requires independent and self-directed performance while working across a greater team. You'll work closely with our Specialty Projects Team to conduct generic conversions or therapy changes on targeted medications while ensuring our patients are staying on their medications and remaining adherent and compliant to their therapies. **Key Responsibilities** * Communicate the benefits of generics or other appropriate therapy to patients with a goal of providing overall savings to patients and clients * Conduct generic conversions or therapy changes on targeted medications while working closely with the patient * Effectively handle incoming or outgoing phone calls to patients, clients, and other customers while proactively gaining patient and order information * Provide customer education, routine assessment, and problem identification with appropriate escalation to a pharmacist * Work closely with the Specialty Projects Team to ensure seamless execution of generic conversions and therapy changes * Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience **Essential Qualifications** * 1+ years of customer service experience handling and resolving customer needs over the phone * 6+ months of high-volume customer service experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another similar application * Must reside in the state of Nevada * Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a healthcare or pharmaceutical industry * Knowledge of insurance, healthcare, and reimbursement-related requirements for dispensing * Familiarity with HIPAA and governmental compliance regulations * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent customer service skills with a focus on empathy and personalized support * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with patients, clients, and cross-functional teams * Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and escalate complex customer issues * Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft, or another similar application * Ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
