What You'll Do
As an integral part of our customer experience team, you'll be responsible for handling inbound customer calls with professionalism, empathy, and expertise. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Qualifications We're Looking For
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Previous experience in customer service and sales roles

- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
- Comfortable with technology and learning new systems quickly

Work From Home Requirements
As a remote team member, you'll need to maintain a professional home office setup that supports your success. Please ensure you meet the following requirements:

- Internet access speeds of at least 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download (the faster, the better!)
- A hard-wired Ethernet connection (not Wi-Fi) capable of continuously supporting outstanding call quality and high-speed response rates

- Smartphone: A smartphone (iOS or Android), 4 years old or newer, in which you will be able and willing to download our dedicated app for company communications.
