**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Managing a large volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communications with efficiency and timeliness
* Routing calls to the appropriate person or department as necessary
* Escalating any customer, client, or insured concerns to leadership as needed
* Following company guidelines and procedures for communications
* Inputting data into claim intake forms
* Placing outbound phone calls directly to insureds as assigned
* Providing support for a variety of administrative tasks
* Communicating with arenaflex adjusters to determine availability and suitability for certain claims
* Other duties as assigned
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A High School Diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred)
* 1-2 years of Customer Service experience
* Excellent organization and time management skills
* Analytical and proactive approach to problem-solving
* Proficient oral and written communication skills
* Proficient computer and typing skills, with working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
**Preferred Qualifications**
